The collar arrived in a decent amount of time considering the time delay for COVID 19. Although these collars are very nice I do have a few complaints. 1) I ordered a aqua turquoise not baby powder blue which is what I received. 2) They misspelled my dog’s name. It is Nalla not Nala. Although they did still provide 6 chrams (N-A-L-A and 2 hearts) I just wish the name was spelled right. Other then that the quality is good. They came nicely packaged with no damage and they fit my 2 American Cocker Spaniels very nicely.
